The River House
If a picture says a thousand words, a ceremony shot at The River House in the Tukituki Valley near Havelock North truly says ten thousand. Cypress trees frame crisp green vines that run down to the river’s edge, and from the other side, the land rears up to the rugged range of Te Mata Peak. It is a truly magnificent Hawke’s Bay wedding venue, and the stretch tents at the top of the property offers guests unparalleled access to the views all day and into the evening. A relaxed, outdoor festival vibe is enhanced by the ability to select from Hawke’s Bay’s extensive collection of outstanding food-truck and mobile catering and bar options.
The River House is close to two of my favourite Hawke’s Bay wedding photography locations, but truly, you could never leave the property and have spectacular photos.
